Hello, it's me Hriday.
Today, when we walked into class, Ms. Nakada assigned us a table number, and we all chose our seats at the corresponding tables. As soon as we all got seated, we quickly wrote down our agenda for the day in our binder reminders, and proceeded to review Helena's blog. After we finished reviewing her blog, Helena asked Leila, and I to rock paper scissors to see who writes the blog. I lost, thus you are hearing me speak today. I moved up to the special blogging seat, and we then moved on to the next activity. Ms. Nakada asked us to take out our English notebooks, and we started our Week 6 Grammar, and Quote. We started a new sentence study, and spoke a bit about types of sentences. This week's quote was by Cristo Hernandez, he spoke about how he was orgulloso or proud about being Latino, being from Mexico, and being himself. We then had a short discussion about why this quote is important, especially because of the current political situation. Ms. Nakada then introduced our book project, and we went over the types of projects and criteria for a while. Lastly, we continued our chapter reviews of School Trip.
Once the bell rang, Ms. Nakada dismissed us, and that was the end of another great day in English.
